Matthew Black concentrates his practice in the areas of contract, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, estate, and business law. He received a B.S. with distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a J.D. from Wake Forest University, where he was a member on the editorial staff of the Wake Forest Law Review. Mr. Black is a member of the North Carolina and Wake County Bar Associations and was admitted to the Bar in North Carolina in 1998. Mr. Black has been a lecturer on various business issues and is active in his community serving on various non-profit boards.
