He earned his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1998 and has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® 2026 edition for Closely Held Companies and Family Businesses Law, Corporate Law, and Real Estate Law. Matthew also serves on the board of Raleigh Rescue Mission.
Daniel B. Finch was recognized in the Tax & Estate Planning category, marking his fourth consecutive Legal Elite honor. Daniel advises individuals, families, and businesses on sophisticated estate planning, probate administration, and tax matters. He holds both an MBA and J.D. from Campbell University (2001) and is licensed to practice before the United States Tax Court. Daniel was also recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® 2026 edition.
